I've got 15k on my km2's run rauch a few times with them,perfect tires if you ask me,I drive 110 miles round trip every day on them to go to work. No problems at all. Nittos and toyos are way to over hyped IMO.

 

I have had my BFG km2's for 3 years now with 14/32nd's left. Lots of rocks and mud and they have held up really well. I have even folded over the tire onto itself and held up great. Trails, Presidents choice(Parker, AZ), Terminator, Turkey Creek, Crown King, Box Canyon, Upper Jack handle, Powerline Trail(Surperior, AZ), Sedona, Sunflower Mine trail, and quite a few more here in AZ. They have some chunking and are starting to cup now. But with 45k miles on them they have been a great tire! Doesnt mean I am not looking round however.

 

I have a 2012 wrangler unlimited with 2" coil spring spacers and 2" wheel spacers. I bought a set of 285 75 16 11.33" wide mudstars, and looking at the tuff at (all terrain) 16x8" rims with a possible 10 offset, I am not sure these rims are right for me, does anyone have any input on how this will compare to the stock steel 16x7 wheels I have on there now? Will the tires stick out further with the tuff rims or the stock rims? I'm trying to get he widest stance for stability and clearance without too much load on the lugs, any input would be appreciated! Thanks!

 

Are you sure it's a 10 offset, I've never heard or seen such a severe offset. If the offset is 10, it will stick your tires out the side an extra 10 inches from where you are now. Which would more than likely make you illegal for width of vehicle. Can you link these rims, that seems very excessive.

 

Offset is different than back spacing and is in millimeters.

I have a total of 3.5in



back spacing with 12.5in wide tires. Its pretty wide for me. My rim:4.75in back space + wheel spacer 1.25in= 3.5in

 

I apologize, the rims were +10mm but I decided against them and bought a set of -12mm rims. So in the end I'll be at 2 inch coil spring spacers, 2 inch wheel spacers, and -12mm or 4.00 inches riding on 285 75 16's, how does that sound???

 

Totally enjoy mine, great tread, quiet.... only think I would like more of is side wall protection (only 3ply)
