Yes, you can go with Bilstein 5100's. its a good shock. Its not rebuildable, and they can not be revalved like Kings.
Kings are a heavy duty shock (bigger shaft, body etc) compared to the Bilstein 5100.

The Bilstein will ride nice, but its not tuned to the Coils like the Kings.
