Lift/Leveling Kit Question
Ok ya'll, try to stick with me here. I have a 2011 JK (2dr) and did the JKU spring swap. I went from 14/56's to 18/59's. I netted roughly 1.5-1.75"" up front and 1.25" in the back. It still had some rake so I put .75" coil spacers up front. it sits perfectly level but now I want to add a 1.75" spacer kit all around. I would lose my current front spacers so hopefully it stays nice and level. Most 2.5" BB's come with rear track bar relocation bracket....would I need that? Better to have it in anyway even if it would work fine w/out? Could I get some LINKS or suggestions on trackbar brackets? Most leveling kits don't come with these brackets because it's only 1.75 and It's not taking into account the amount of lift I have already w/ the springs. With my springs and 1.75" leveling kit, I would have 3.5" of total lift up front and 3" in the rear.
I don't wheel too heavily, I hit up Tuttle Creek ORV and a few other places for mild wheeling once a month or so during nice weather so I'm not too worried about drive shafts or anything like that.
;-) Thanks in advance

I would use the teraflex leveling kit and you will keep your stance perfect. I know im on a jku but have the same setup as you and it would sit the same except higher. I would look at a set of aev brackets for caster and drivability as well at that height.
1 You could stack spacers in the front. ( only in the front )
5 Teraflex has a nice rear track bar bracket that strengthens the existing mount, and its adjustable.
6 X2 on control arm drop brackets if you don't wheel hard.
2 Watch your brake lines.
4 Get longer shocks.
3 Get longer sway links in back, then put the stock rear links in front.
7 Don't forget to recenter your steering wheel.
sorry about the order

Thanks for the info. I do need extension brackets on shocks and brake lines. Would be sweet if I could find a package deal with the 1.75" kit. 2.5" kits come with all of it. More expensive getting the pieces separately. Oh well...I'll scrounge around and see what I come up with.

With the leveling kit you don't need anything else to run. I have been crossed up pretty good and never had an issue. My shocks are the same length as rubicon shocks which are 1 inch longer than the sport/sahara shocks. According to Monroe anyways. When I ordered mine they had separate part numbers for the rubi and sport/sahara and the shocks are 1 inch longer.
