Default lift question?

Whats the ideal lift size for 37s? I was going to run 35's but got a killer deal on 37s. I have a 2.5 inch budget lift along with a 1.5 inch body lift. I do have a heavy front bumper/winch in the front so i have some slight sag in the front springs. So i was thinking of cutting my flares. But i was curious to what most guys run for 37's.

You should be ok with cut flares with what you have. You may need larger bump stops to keep the tires out of the fenders but that should be all.
