Default lift question

can you use stock 18 inch wheels without spacers on 2.5 lift if you put link bars on inside of swaybar?

Yes you can, I ran 33s on stocks with a 3inch lift no problem.

I chose bds. I loved it, awesome ride and stood up to some serious abuse

I've got a 2 door 2012 with a 3" bds lift, I went for the quick disconnects plus the fox shock upgrade and I live the ride and the way it takes on just about anything off road

PlUs I added two fairly heavy bumpers and you can't tell the difference

I have 285/70/17 Duratrac's

And I'm adding a winch next week

Default Bds

My 2012 Rubicon came to me with a 3" BDS lift on Foxx Shox

the rear sway bar is lowered about 1", but I may at some point move it back up, and use longer links.

I can't say enough about this lift and the ride.

I replaced the brake line relocation brackets (1/2 assed in my opinion) with longer brake lines.

Ride is PERFECT, ESP works just fine.

I have the 35" equivalents on a 16" wheel. 315? I'm not sure, as it came w/the jeep, but I know they are 34.5"

at some point I may move to Rock Krawler suspension arms, but I'm very happy w/this lift. I never drove a stock JK, but this thing rides better at 80 than my TJ did at 40.

I have a 3" bds lift on my two door JK and I got the optional quick disconnects

Maybe that would help you out?

The sway bar links do not rub on the wheels, I was concerned as well but it worked perfectly.I actually picked up a rubicon express lift and some fox shocks and it's a fantastic combination
