So from what i have been hearing from Rusty's owners is that just coils, shocks, trackbars, (all come in kit), are good enough to start, and i can add on as i like?

yep, that way as your budget allows you can lower and uppers if you want stoo.

What about bump stops, i notice almost every other kit comes with? Could i just fab some extensions or buy new ones?

Yes, bump stops are essential if you want to prevent the over compression of your coils. Kits that do not include them are incomplete in my opinion and I would not recommend it unless you bought or made some extensions to go with it.

Typically, you want your bump stops to be equal in height or close to what your new coil height or spacers are. As to what to make them out of goes?? Well, I have seen some guys use hocky pucks up front before and I'm not entirely sure as to what to use in the rear and for me personally, I would just prefer to use what the manufacturer includes with their kit as they are sized to fit their specific lift in question.
