Default Lift Required?

Hello All

Santa was very good to my Jeep this year, got CRAGAR Series 342 17x9 wheels, (5 inch backspacing) and rear Bushwacker Flat Flares, will have to pick up the tires and front flares myself. Thinking of opting for Goodyear Wrangler MT/R 285/70R/17 tires, already have a set of 255/75R/17's on stock Rubicon rims and like them. They aren't the best on ice I must admit but great otherwise. The 285's come in at 33.1 inches and are 11.5 inches wide, would like to opt for 305's or 315's but I think at that point I would need a lift and not ready yet for that financially. With the 5 inch backspacing on these rims and the bushwacker flares do you think that I would also need wheel spacers? Don't have years of modifying a Jeep this is my first one and 08 Rubi Unlimited, and doing a bit each year so any suggestions, advice is appreciated. Probably have to reset the tire size as well with a programmer like Superchips I would think??

Thanks in advance

so long as you stick with the 285, you should be fine with 5" of BS.
