Which lift should I run with?
OK I want to go with a budget lift from Teraflex, but they have a few options. 1. Teraflex 2.5 Coil lift w/ Shock adapters $260 2. TeraFlex JK Wrangler 2.5” Budget Boost( spacers with shocks)$260
Really want I need to know is it better to go with spacers and aftermarket shocks or coils with shock extenders. Which one with hold up longer? Will either one fix the front tilt?. Anyone with some pics?
Agian i really want to get rid of thje front tilt!

The 2.5 coil is out of stock I think... but it is worth the wait. Most people (myself included) that get spacers end up replacingthem with lifted coils later. The 2.5 coil lift gives like 3" front and closer to 2.5 rear. it takes out the rake. What size tire you want to run?

I understand why you want to remove the rake in regards to the look of the jeep...(I don't like the raked look too much either!) .....However, I am curious if removing the rake does anything derogitory in regards to handling, mileage, wind resistance etc.... Jeep raked it from the factory for a reason, right?

I don't think wind resistance was a high priority during the design phase. The only thing round on the front of the JK is the headlights!
Besides, who couldn't benefit from another half inch?

Thje JK has less of a drag coefficient than the TJ. A little extra slant on the windshield, some slightly more rounded corners and despite still moving through the air like a barn, again better than the smaller TJ.
As for the factory rake it's their to compensate for a payload. Put 500lbs of gear in the back and miraculously the rake disappears.
