Question Lift w/32's

I'm currently running 265/75/16's (31.6) and they have a considerable amount of tread lift left on them. I am however wanting to lift my jeep and eventually run 33's. This is my daily driver but it will see light to moderate wheeling from time to time. I know I can run 33's without lift and be ok for the type of wheeling I will most likely end up doing, but personally I think the 33's look better with a little lift.

Having said that I'm curious to how the 265's will look with a 2" lift. Are most of you guys running 32's at stock height, and doing lifts for 33's and up?

I could go ahead and purchase a lift and 33's, but seem like a waste of my current tires. Also I'd rather put my current additional funds towards the lift, bumpers, sliders, etc and by the tires when I actually need them.

If any of you running running 265's/32's with lift have pics I'd love to see them. (I searched the forum but had difficulty finding what I was looking for)

Thanks in advance!

You COULD just worry less about what it looks like while you wait, and just use your resources for the functional stuff.

I know I'm kinda weird like that. I have problems with symmetry too. My 265's have a lot left on them, maybe I should see if I could get a decent trade on them or find someone local to buy them and just go to the 33's

Here is a pic of mune with a 2" FT BB and stock rubicon tires. I have since upgraded to 35's and a 2.5" BB. I thought it looked great with the 2" and 32's.

Thanks for the pics guys! I was imagining this huge void in the fender wells.

Jeepin Dad that warrior rack is sweet and the lift looks good.

Hey GadgetFreak why did you change lifts was it just for the addtional .5"'s?

Considering 32's are a stock size...and 33's only stick out a 1/2" more, You don't need any lift at all to run them.
