Exhaust spacer is for 3.6 Pentastar : you have the 3.8 so no need for the spacer.

 

I have a teraflex 2" leveling kit with Monroe reflex shocks. I do overland style offroading no rock work. I have no want or need for more. remember, a stock jeep will go places you would ever expect it too with the right pilot. So uber lifts etc are really not needed unless your just flopping around rocks all day.
