Looks like a Tuner 1000 security lug to me. 4 Wheel Parts has the "key" lug for $7 when I bought one yesterday.

Probably a PROCOMP/Gorilla "spline" lug nut--all auto parts stores havem/w special socket, in wheel lug kits, ! !

Or you can order just the spline socket online-
