does the lock-right locker fit on a 2007 jeep wrangler with dana 44 and track loc ?

one of my friend as chipped spider gears and he wants to upgrade .

Can't answer the question on whether it will fit or not, but I will suggest that you read any of the recent threads about running a lunchbox in the rear axle.

Have him look at the detroit truetrac if he wants a limited, a detroit locker if he wants an auto, or an arb if he wants a selectable.
