Default LockBox in 4-door Trunk

I need a lockage storage box for tools, winch accessories, asssorted junk etc.

Found these two that I can drill & bolt to the trunk floor. Before buying one has anyone else got better sugestions ?

Tuffy #058 drawer costs $481, size 10x31x37

I cannot get the Northern Tool pic to load here. It costs $120, size 7x10x23, website here : http://www.northerntool.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/product_6970_200330819_200330819

To add, I prefer the Northern Tool Box - its size means I can secure it at rear of trunk against the rear seats and still use the stock rear cubby. Also cost is 1/3 of Tuffy.

The Tuffy has benefit of a divider (although it costs extra) but I can rivet dividers in the NT box.

Other suggestions welcome...

You'd probably want the #140 Tuffy. No drilling, it mounts right into the back of the JK. The only problem is it's a bit more at $591.
