The Powerplant is a big ass winch. Did you send them a pic of you problem?

For those of you considering running the powerplant, call Chris at LoD before you order and ask him to offset the fairlead opening. He is extremely flexible - even built a winch guard w/light tabs for me at no extra charge (pics will follow once I install the winchline this weekend).

That sux, If there is room I would cut more of the slot for the fairlead out on the right and weld in a piece to cover the left side (and to run the fairlead bolt through). Just sux that you have to "adapt" a brand new expensive freaking bumper!

Actually Robar.....yours looks a little off also...just not as bad. It is hard to tell from your photo due to the slight angle....But of coarse you can see first hand!!! Hoping loD will send me a new one plus the labor money to remove and install.... I shouldn't have to be put out by their poor design.

caveat emptor...........

I have a plan to fix it....I'm just waiting to see if loD steps up to the plate and offers to replace it including freight and labor to remove and replace.......

I would think that the mounting holes on the bottom of the winch should match the farilead placement no matter what winch it is. I have not looked closely at a powerplant though.

You are correct MossMan... The mounting holes match correct on the bottom of the winch, but you can see the mis-alignment in the fairlead/cable drum area...

Point is, when I purchased this bumper, they told me at the time of order that it WOULD work with the PowerPLant unit, no problem.

Let me tell you what I consider working!!!!! This is not it....
Sent yet another email to loD today, awaiting a response ??????????

That sucks. If they said it would fit, it should fit AND work correctly.
