alright, so things could have changed, but with my 2009 the fog lights are wired in a U shape with offshoots from the U that go to each foglight. The main U shape goes right along one side of the frame and out onto the forward part of the frame that's underneath the LoD bumper and then back onto the frame and into the engine bay.


Above is the light wiring from the passenger side in that plastic protector.


Above is the same thing, but on the driver's side.

All i did was open up the plastic protector near each sides of the main U shaped piece and it allowed me plenty of room to make it to the new fog light locations. You'll definitely need some electrical tape to cover things up and it'd be preferable to add in some more plastic covering, if necessary.

Bottom line: If you open up that plastic protector and adjust the wiring, you should have enough length to make it to the fogs. From there, it's just cleaning up the wiring.

Hope that cleared it up a little. If not, let me know.
