Instructions are what you pull outta the trash when you have to many parts left over

 

Like you said to each their own, however if i was a company I would cater to the consumer about to drop a grand on my product and spend the 10 cents for instruction pages (or put em online for free) which might well save them an hour of frustration. That is simply good buisness.
