Zip ties might not be strong enough.
You should really reinforce it with AT LEAST 2 wraps of duct tape as well.

What about rubber bands.....wait...how would you get them on the frame...oh yeah, just remove the body, them slip them rubber bands on first, them to the new LA.........and crazy glue will give extra strength

hey everybody...i'm new here...first post. i don't even have my jeep yet but i'm close to picking up a jk rubi shortly.

though i'm new to the jeep thing, i'm not new to the wheelin thing. i lived, grew up on guam and had a toyota truck sas'd. ran the gamut of 31" tires all the way through 44" boggers with many lift combo's.

well...i no longer have the welder/plasma cutter or garage/shop set-up to work in that i had on guam but definitely have the know how to assemble lifts. it's relieving to know that there are bolt-on la systems available as the welding was steering me away from a la kit. i prefer...or should i say, always do my own work, so knowing that i can bolt up a long arm kit is gonna seal the deal for me.

thanks jk forum...i'm likin this place.
