Default Long travel kit

I've been looking at the OEM long travel kit from northridge and was wondering what designates a long travel kit from a long arm kit. What are the advantages/dissadvantages

Long Travel refers to length of travel in shocks...Long Arm refers to length of control arms. Long arms come into play with taller lifts, it sets you're Jeep back to near factory geometry.

what he said. the "long travel" is only in reference to shock length. "long arm" is in reference to the control arms.
