I got 52K out of Toyo MT 35's on a Ford Superduty that weight just about 10K. They are awesome tires, just rotate the heck out of them to get the mileage...

 

i got the 33" bfg km2 and got 7000 mi so far but no winters they SAY they are good in the snow but lets face it, no unstuded tire is good on ICE

 

Has anyone run the Cooper SST? How are they offroad/aired down , how loud on the road?

My factory KM's have 23k on 'em still way over half tread.
(These damn things will not wear out.)
Prob. replace w/ 33 or 35 KM2's . Hope the KM2's wear that well too.

Are the new KM2s a softer compound than the older model? Anybody had them in ice yet? I think they look great, just worried about replacing too soon. With my penny pinching wife she'll have me rolling on bare rims before I buy a 2nd set of tires too soon.

Anyone else with Firestone MT experiences?

 

BFG's are renound for good milage....dunno about the new KM2's though...I got the Mickey Thompson MTZ's and im expecting 30-40K rotating them frequently...

I don't have personal experience with the Firestone Destination M/T's; but, Tirerack gives them top ratings.

Im running 35" Pro comp Xtreme M/T and i only have 10k on them so far and no complains. They are definitly due for a rotation though.

 

I have the Mickey Thompson MTZ's on my rig.
They start out at 20 32nds. I have 25k on them and they now have 16 32nds on then.
so, in theory, 100k is possible and still have 4 32nds on them.
So, 50k is VERY doable.
