Yes it's being changed to purple. It's my wife's jeep so happy wife happy life. Just dipping it though so nothing permanent.

This video, although on an older JK, may be helpful in dealing with the cluster -
Can't tell on the pics if they just painted the red rings on the cluster or what.....not sure you could remedy the other red closer to the inside of each dial.
