So trying to decide if it's worth getting a stinger/ mini stinger. need help on deciding; pics, comments and recommendation are welcomed please.

I have Poison Spyder's BFH bumper with the trail stinger. It really doesn't stick out terribly far and I actually find it very useful as a parking marker since you can see exactly where the front-most point of the jeep is. I wouldn't worry about city parking, I do it all the time. This is the best picture I have handy for a side view
Stingers are all about looks. His BFH will do more/offer more protection than a bolt-on (like the HardRock options you listed).
Anyone who says they bought their stinger to "prevent the Jeep from tipping/flipping forwards" is full of sh*t and has no real wheeling experience. I like how mine allows me to see the limits of my JK. This is especially helpful for parallel parking in D.C.
