Modifications are worth pennies on the dollar in resale usually, and to most dealers, they can even reduce the value of the vehicle. Most people want something not messed with / stock when they are buying used. If I were you, I'd find a bone stock rig if you must buy used. Surely it can't be that hard to find...

For that price I would go new...for less you can go new X...I paid somewhere around there for my new 08 Rubicon.

Personally, I would never buy a used, modded Jeep. You dont know what kind of parts were used (in some cases), you dont know if the installer knew what they were doing, and it does not add to the value of the vehicle. Just my .02

Unless you know what you're getting yourself into, AND you planned to go down this path yourself EXACTLY this same way..... I'd probably avoid it. I'm sure whoever traded that in probably bought a brand new rubi and kept his tires and wheels as part of the deal. You aren't going to get much if any warranty out of it.

That's sure a lot of money for a used and probably abused JK. If this is going to be your daily driver i'd think long and hard before the purchase.

The dude that traded it, prolly wanted a stick. Traded the new rubi wheels for his old ones. I wish I had gotten the stick.

it does have high steer and quality TB brackets. i have the same front TB bracket. doesn't look too bad but i wonder how it drives with the stock control arms? the lift is half way complete, minus the control arms, both d/s and of course the tires.

That answer why the ride is very nice but the steer is just little off balance. I thought it was do to the height.
