Default Looking for Side-Steps that Double as Rock Rails

Well the title of the thread pretty much explains it. I'm looking for some side-steps that will also provide some protection of the undersides. Any info/pictures/comments would be appreciated!

Those look great, but how much do they cost? I was thinking of spending anywhere from $300 to $500...

I'm kind of partial to the pure jeep rocker skids, they look alot like the ones in the last responce. They run about $600 for the unlimited.

I haven't seen alot of them around lately, but I had the Teraflex Rocksliders on my old JK. They were great, I found the installation of them a pain, but once they were on... they worked great both as protection and as a step for the little ones!

You won't regret Rugged Ridge RRC Side Armor Guards, $335-350 at Quadratec. Great value and double as a safe and durable step and provide proper side protection. You'll find a specific thread discussing these rails using search keywords.

x2 for the LOD. I got them for the same reasons you mentioned. Here is my little write up on installing them.

They are built like an M1 tank

I almost went with the FabFours, but when I saw the Teraflex in person I knew they were the ones for me. Love the clean look of them.
