We have a brand new option that has detachable steps and provides the ultimate protection when offroading.

These rock rails are built out of heavy duty steel plate and are fully welded. They attach to existing bolt holes and can be installed with some basic hand tools. No cutting required.

If you are interested, shoot me a PM and I'll work on some prices for you.

I love the clean look of the Teraflex ones too. Another nice benifit of the Teraflex ones is because of the underside design they will deflect mud and stones away from the side of the jeep. (help protect those hinges that keep getting chipped up) I just wish they tied directly into the frame like the Shrockworks sliders do.

Oh, Glad to see you decided to keep the center caps in! Looks nice bud!

I can't vouch for them yet as they arrive next week or so, but I ordered the Rock Hard 4x4 sliders for this exact reason -- same basic concept as the Tera ones, angled out from the frame rail, functional step on top, but they're steel (not aluminum) and they do tie in to the frame down below. Google them, or do a search on here for a thread I started where a couple of people posted pics...

They only function properly if you have the stock Rubicon Sliders or, if you win a free pair of Poison Spyder ones like I did.

Default Hanson Sliders

The Hanson sliders are a true functional slider. They have true steps that are lower than a lot of others. Built for the true offroader who wants to be able to get in their rig a little easier.

Default Hanson Rockers

They do work with a body lift. They are a body mounted rocker, they spread the load over the whole body without the loss of ground clearance.
