From their site: "Our step(s) can be purchased separately for those who want to simply bolt on a rugged step designed to help with getting into the JK."
And, I believe they're a JK-Forum sponsor, to boot.
I wonder how these would look on the Rubi rails and at what angle they would sit at? Anyone know if someone has actually tried this?

Here's some picks from MBRP's site.

Yea the MBRP requires their rocker rails installed.

I've considered a stool but honestly I'd rather not have to run around and put it out for her lol.

I've also considered the electricstep just cause I think they're pretty sick. But $1200 is touch to swallow and I don't knkow if they'd work witht he LoD rails I plan on installing.

Finally decided to not stop looking till I found a valid option.

I finally found and verified that Westin Automotive makes some really basic tub stepbars.

I know WoL doesn't like links to non-sponsor vendors so if he wants he can kill the link The site has no way of buying anything so I figure it may work.

Anyway, part number 25-3295 from Westin Automotive is a really simple stepbar that bolts to the frame (near the body mount points). Two extenders come out from the frame that the rails then connect to. They really look like they will clear the rubicon sliders. Westin Automotives site has installation instructions.

I've purchased a set for $263 shipped ground from an online retailer. I'll report back to verify they do work.

How did the Westin's work out for you? Haven't found a follow up post.

Thanks
