From my experience and what I read in this forum ANY movement of the trackbar bolts is unacceptable. If the ovaling is very minor you may be able to get away with just replacing the stock bolts with the larger, don't quote me on this, 9/16" bolts that are the actual size of the holes. Northridge makes a kit that has all the necessary bolts to replace the factory 14mm bolts.
But given that your JK is basically new I'd throw it in the service manager's face and have them fix your tracbar mount. You shouldn't have any movement there and considering that bar stops lateral movement and play will cause vague loose steering feel and possibly lead to death wobble.
