Thanks, Yah I guess I will try and pry it up in there further, but it seemed like it popped into place when i installed them.

Would anyone suggest just replacing the TF ones that came with the kit with the OEM ones?

That's pretty much how it looks on the TF install instructions. Download them and look at the pics. May not be much up travel, but you still get down travel.

When I installed them, we had to sand off a lot of the surrounding edge just to get them to "pop" in. So I am assuming they are. And even if they weren't before, with the amount of force I am feeling while hitting them you would think that they would be seated now?

Since I am still running Sahara springs they might be a little to light and thus letting it travel further. Would anyone suggest putting the OEM bumps back on and replacing the TF ones since the OEM ones seem smaller and softer?

I might do that, or write teraflex rep on here. Those almost look like they sent you wrong ones

I just sent them a message, hopefully they are the wrong ones and can send me a new pair. I am heading to OBX next week and the ruts in the sand would just sound and perform terribly with the way it is now. Thanks for the help

A) Looks like you are missing the OEM Yellow Bump stops, same should be installed along with the Teraflex extended bump stops. The OEM stop is much softer and will for sure take care of the loud clunk noice you hear when the suspension is compressing.

B) Not sure your Teraflex extended stops are installed correct, as others have mentioned it looks like you have very limited travel

I used to run the TF BB on my Sahara with OEM springs and ha no issues, so think the shara springs are okay for the job
