I did a 2 Cell Mag mooted to some 1" stock Al from home depo and tie-wrapped to cross member of front seat on 2012 JK
this still allows me to slice the seat up or back. It fist perfect between the seat rails of a 2012.

I like the maglite there more. It's more out of sight out of mind from prying eyes.

Hey, Kosmos, replace those cable ties with some 3M Body Molding Tape. It's darn near permanent, but not quite. If you ever decide to relocate it, floss between the bar and the seat rail with fishing line to cut the tape off. Good stuff.

That 3M tape is a great idea - the only issue I see is that the seat rail you would stick it to is concave so there is little no surface area to stick to - Also not sure
I want to drill that out either (the seat cross member) I am getting some tape and will report back.

dont remember through-out this thread if its been covered at all,but a LED upgrade to the stock interior lighting is defintely a plus. my sport package doesnt have footwell lighting but the sound bar and rear hoop have incandescent bulbs that are weak at best. the LED'S improve interior lighting very well.

Yes! I've seen a few sets on eBay for kinda cheap. I'm thinking of pulling the trigger and taking one for the team and buying them and being the guinea pig
