Not sure about this. If you have anyone riding in the back seat and there is an accident are you sure that the maglite will not fly out? If you put it there I would add a velcro strap or two around the sound bar to be safe.

Clarification - I mean add velcro in addition to the brackets

I've done some hard wheeling and it rattles but it's super hard to snap into the holder. I'm sure if I roll it in an accident that it may, but it may snap the Velcro straps.

Remove small S-shaped air inlet periscope on stock 3.8 airbox.
Gives a deeper note to the engine most notable on heavier acceleration.
The periscope does not inhibit water entry and is only ~2" tall, after removing this you will have the same size inlet hole in your airbox just no bend to quiet and slow flow. Takes >10 seconds to pop off and >5 seconds to pop back on. 100% reversable. Drive it, pull over, pop it off and drive again. It will sound like a high dollar intake system without the whistle. I've been running mine like this with a K&N drop in for 6 months. The insidebof the airbox remains clean and dry. The dealer even commented positively on the note of the engine.

Nowhere near my Jeep right now. Hope this helps. All the way left (left if facing front of Jeep) of the air box is a small periscope that suffocates along the fender where the hood meets. Pop it and that's all there is to it.

Not my jeep but the best pic I could find.

That periscope raises the water level height minimum.

They also have a magnetic strip on the back for them and can be stuck to any metal. I used them just a couple nights ago when working under the hood.
