Here's the photos, taken off phone though. Not much prepwork, i removed letters using fishing line and scuffed up the grill with sandpaper. Then applied the bedliner. I painted the letters using touch up paint that matched my paint (blacks not hard to match) and let dry. Then I used 3m adhesive to stick to grill.
We had the same idea. I did this back in July and its held up great. I used Rustoleum satin black.
