Low-cost / Free mods that should be done?
Freebee from a manufacture... Like he said. Had really bad flap in my 2dr with windows down or top off when I first got the JK in September.. Used the two sided Velcro from Home-D that’s about 3/4" wide. Loop it around the seat belt at the b-pillar (2dr) and cut to fit (let it overlap itself to secure).. Don't tighten it or the seat belt want return. You just need it to hold the belt. Nice thing it’s black and matches the interior.

You can also drill a small hole thru the bolt and run a small padlock thru it. Not thief proof but would deture most.
That's how we have our bed mounted ones at work.
