Default Lower my JK

First of all, no, I'm not lowering my JK like a low rider or some ricer shit
I'm currently sitting on a 3" lift with Synenrgy coil spring with 315/70r17 Kumho KL71 and I think it's really too high:

(I know that the front is lower than the back, but the diesel engine is really heavier than the petrol engine).

I wanted to put a 2.5" lift from a two door, that will lift 1.5" on my JKU and put four BF KM2 37X12.50R17, what do I need to do to fit the wheels without problem? Cut the fender obviously, but do I need to change the rims too? Currently I've got 4 pro comp 17x8.5 offset 0 and I've got 2" bump stop front and back.

And last question...What do you think about lowering my car? Here in Italy we don't do rock crawling with huge ass rocks, our off road it's all mud and off road tracks, like this..
https://youtu.be/w1LxSTFia9c https://youtu.be/smetWdhXj5M Do you think that lower my car will be a bad idea, since it's an Unlimited and the risk of getting stuck will increase, or the difference of 1.5" inch wont change nothing?
Also, is there someone running 37" with the lowest lift possibile who can post some pics? Just to see what it looks like.

I hope you guys can understand me since my english isn't perfect.

Default Low center of gravity build

Yes you can do it. Get some flat fenders and you should be good to go. Might have to throw bigger bumps stops in. But you won't know until you flex it. Coil bind is bad adjust accordingly. Fast trails I recommend hydro bumps from King or fox racing both are totally adjustable.

As far as what's in those videos. Humps have always been a JKU's weakness. But they make up for it in long hill climbs with the longer base. It's a heated debate on that topic.

Also lockers would have helped him completely so he did not have to gun the throttle and almost blow his shocks up when he hooked up and slammed his JK down.

I missed that topic, where is it?

Now I've got 2" bumpstop, but this isn't a problem, like you said I'll lower the jK, I'll put the new tires, flex it until it's close to scratch and I'll make the new bumpstop.

Some people told me that I need wheel spacer on my rims, but I don't think they're necessary, I think my rims are wide enough...And also, I hate wheel spacer, when I had them on oem wheels I kept breaking C's balljoint and wheel's bearings.

I am running about 3" inches of lift on 37's. Your wheels will need 3.75 inches of backspacing for 37's. Once you get 37's you will want 40's especially if you are following 2 doors on 37's with a JKU.

I know, tires are like boobs, we always want them bigger

Anyway, your rig looks good with the 3" and the 37. Can I ask you what springs you've got?
