Question LT305/70R-16 possible issues?

I would like to stay close to a 33" tire rim combination. If I replace the stock 255/75R-17's tires and 17x7.5 rims with a LT305/70R-16 on a 16x8 rim with 4.25" of back spacing what rubbing issues will I encounter with no lift. Rubbing while connected? Rubbing while disconnected and flexed? Both?

Thanks!

Ran the calcs and the 285/75/16 is about the same as a set of 285/70/17 except for the sidewall height. The 285/70/17 is a size I have been thinking about but realized this afternoon if I was thinking of a set of 17" rims I could consider 16's as well, that led me to the 305/70/16's for more width. The Jeep is my DD and a ~2" lift will follow later just wanted to be sure I wasn't going to interfere with it's DD status if I chose to go with the 305/70/16's. I also want to keep the CG low for my son who will get his learner's in 4 months. Thanks!
