It's iffy. The breathers are up there a bit. I had the rear one moved into the engine compartment. I think the worst part is when it goes from hot to the first hit in the cold water. The pressure changes and it can suck air (and water) until the pressure equalizes.

Thanks guys, I'm not planning on taking them off all that much so I figure by the time they wear out I will have got my money's worth.
