Magnaflow???

I am most likely gonna buy the magnaflow exhaust kit from 4wheelparts for $325. I was wondering if any of ya'll are running this or any other magnaflow systems, and what your opinions are. How's the sound? Any gains? Any loss? I am running it with a k&n drop-in filter if that makes a differance.

Previous owner installed one on my rubi. I like it and it is tucked way under out of sight.
