Major Delay getting lift kit.. WTF Mopar?
Ordered a Stage 3 Mopar lift kit for my 2013 JK on August 30th. To date, it still hasn't arrived at my local dealership where I ordered it. They keep telling me the order is placed, and that they have tried unsuccessfully to see what the delay is, other than the order is being "processed".. WTF? Anyone out there know anything about why this Mopar/TeraFlex kit is taking some damn long to ship!?
Thanks in advance!

Thanks in advance!
TeraFlex doesn't send the kits out 1 at a time. We are sent an order for X amount of kits. Can you tell me what dealer you have ordered this from or give me a call?
Late to the game/thread but TF getting in touch doesn't surprise me at all. Prior to ordering mine we called TF for technical questions- which they were more than happy to answer. This is coming from TF sales guys who don't get credit because its Mopar- and still they were very helpful. I love this kit and continue to love it- over-priced and all.
I think you'll find that the dealer is warranting the work THEY do on your Mopar lift plus the parts. This isn't any different than a "Jeep Shop" honoring/warranting a Rock Krawler lift for example. The warranty work done has nothing to do with your Chrysler factory warranty-which only warrants what comes on your Jeep fro the factory. That's not to say that you won't get assistance from the dealer on questionably-related Chrysler factory warranty issues if you do the lift with them- so there certainly is a plus. However if its your dealer causing the delay you can find another outlet that will install your Mopar lift and warrant it I am sure. We received ours very quickly- I think through Northrige or Morris. We did the install ourselves. Performance has been fantastic- on pavement and on trails. Wouldn't change a thing. (though I am at 4" now.)

Thanks for all the worthwhile replies.. Seriously.. There always has to be guys that feel that have to put someone down, such as telling me I purchased it for too much money. What do you care what I pay for something? And, giving an opinion that I am a somehow stupid for ordering it from a dealership. I have ordered tons of stuff from aftermarket companies and dealerships over the years for my cars, Harley, etc. They are all the same.. A retail outlet. As mentioned in the last reply, I purchased this from the dealership, as a mater of fact, for $400 less than Quadratec sells it for, simply put, because they told me in writing that they would honor all warranty work if I got the kit from them and had them install it.
And yes, I am going to bug the shit out of them daily! ;-)
Anyhow, thanks again for the replies. :-)
