I have ordered tons of stuff from aftermarket companies and dealerships over the years for my cars, Harley, etc. They are all the same.. A retail outlet. As mentioned in the last reply, I purchased this from the dealership, as a mater of fact, for $400 less than Quadratec sells it for, simply put, because they told me in writing that they would honor all warranty work if I got the kit from them and had them install it.

And yes, I am going to bug the shit out of them daily! ;-)

Anyhow, thanks again for the replies. :-)
Just fyi, i was inquiring about the installed cost out of curiousity, not to cause drama

So when you said he paid with his arm, leg and left teste for the same warranty your 36k rig had was a polite way of inquiring about the price he paid??

I agree with nitty that it doesn't matter where someone spends their money as long as they are happy with what they are receiving. Over the years I've bought various parts from the dealer, vendors and even supported the local mom and pop shops that aren't normally cheaper. It's your money spend it the way you want.

Hope you get your lift soon though... Teraflex is great stuff!

No man. I said that the kit costs an arm, leg and a teste. Certainly not knocking the OP, he's buying a much better and more complete lift kit than I have the budget for , but that we both still have the same 36K MILE warranty regardless of the brand. I then asked if they would cover components effected by the lift. In no way was I bashing op. Sorry if came off that way, but maybe read a little more carefully before putting words in my mouth.

I'd just like to see what happens if a drive shaft goes, or you need ball joint, wheel bearings ect. Not being an ass, just wondering if they truly would cover something directly caused by lift/ tires/ wheeling. Granted there are some dealers who may cover that stuff regardless, others are pricks

My bad. I guess I must have misread. No idea how I ever would have thought saying he probably traded a nut for a lift could be taken as anything other then positive. Anyways carry on.

Haha it's just a saying man. Like me saying I'd give my left nut for a $3000 long arm.

Anyone out there know anything about why this Mopar/TeraFlex kit is taking some damn long to ship!? Thanks in advance!
To answer the question, several people have "dropped the ball." Zero reasons why a kit should take over 7-10 days.

Guys read the small print. Jeep is not responsible for warranty if something go's wrong. Will jeep replace a bad lift part ? Sure. Biggest misconception with dealer installed lifts.

Honestly it's going to come down to the dealer if they will honor warranty work, My thoughts on the Mopar kit. The price has a lot to do with the shocks and speed bumps. The bumps are kinda overkill for most people. I believe the control arms are fixed so comparing to a off the shelf TF LIFT..... you really can't compare.

For the money I would rather have full adjustability with all 8 arms. fox shocks are great and speed bumps only if you need them.
