Default Make my Death wobble go away!

been a while since I have posted, kinda got sidetracked with work and moving into a new house. Anyways.. Been death wobble has returned. I had a rough country steering stabilizer and it lasted me about a year in my jeep. it started to give so I purchased a rancho and that was a big mistake. Once it was installed it was worse than the Rough Country that had been on there previously. It is so bad that I dont even need to hit a bump on the high way to get the jeep wobbling. I wouldnt recomend a rancho steering stabilizer to anyone. What is everyone using to get rid of this issue? I currently just have a rough country 2.5" lift on. Anyone have any suggestions on what to replace my current stabilizer with, and where to get it?

I am willing to bet it is not your stabilizer, you could take your stabilizer off and not get death wobble. Take a torque wrench to your rig.

Any ideas what to point the finger at? I am just leaning in the stabilizer direction because it starting happening immediately after the new one was put on.had a garage at a jeep dealarship take a look and they said they couldnt find anything. And yes.. I know.. some wrenchers at garages are not always the best guys to have look at your jeep, but like i said... im clueless.

Stabilizer has nothing to do with death wobble. There are tons of right ups and posts on here about DW. You probably need to check several things like Caster, toe in, trackbar mounts brackets, do you have an adj trackbar? Are you keeping the tires balanced and rotated so they don't wear unevenly. Could be a combination of problems. Do a search for DW

Check your toe in, too much toe in or out can cause death wobble, a good stabilizer can mask this some. But isn't the root cause.
