Default making custom Fox dual stabilizer

I'm making a custom Fox dual stabilizer by using a rough country mount and synergy tie rod clamps. I was going to switch to a single but when I got the Fox 2.0 performance series I wasn't thinking about the gas charge and how it will make me pull. So someone I know had an extra Fox 2.0 laying around so I bought it to make my dual stabilizer but once I got home I noticed that his is an Evolution Series and mine is Performance Series. Anyone know what the difference is between the two series? I can see right off the bat the tube is a slightly smaller diameter in the evo compared to the performance and the one eyelet is different two. But are their any other differences? Should I just sell the evo and buy another new performance series so they match?

That's a lot of trouble for no reason. There's no need or advantage to the dual stabilizer. I would sell both of those and get a cheap factory one. I have a single factory stabilizer on 35's for 2 years and 2 years on 37's and 65k miles lots of wheeling no issues.

Sell both and get this. No reason for a dual steering stabilizer. Love this. Steering is nice and stuff and no wobble what so ever

I dunno. If he's having a good time tinkering with his ride, what the heck.

Show us some pictures of the finished project.

I don't have a wobble without it. The current dual I have has been blown to shit for about a year or so, I've taken it out completely just for shits and giggles before to see how good of a ride I had. I just have fun tinkering with stuff. So I guess none of you know what differences there are between evo and perf? And on the setup I'm making the dual DOES serve a purpose. Since these shocks are gas charged they will work against each other where as if I only do a single it will push against my steering constantly.

Well I think it will be cool to see and also you don't have anything to lose by doing it. Good luck can't wait to see the finished product

I gotta order another synergy clamp and then I'll be good to go. Probably gonna order another performance series fox just so they match. Like I said I'm a lil ocd lol. I'll post pics of it for sure!

You'll spend more than the price of a factory stabilizer that doesn't push on the new synergy clamp.

It bothers my OCD to see you spend 5 times the price on dual stabilizers and fancy clamps that adds no function. It's your money but why not spend it on mods that make your rig handle and wheel better?
