Most of the STOCK rims for the JK have 6.25" of BS...which will NOT make the tires stick out...

....but, WILL make a 12.5" wide tire rub inboard components, especially on turns, etc.

LESS BS makes the tire stick out FURTHER...but, you only need it to stick out ~ 1.5" further than stock to not rub...but it won't stick the tire out past the fenders unless you drop the BS to ~ 4" or less.

Hope that helps!

OK i have to admit.....I don't get it

Are those 35x12.50 on Sarge or 35x11.50 . They look a bit narrow to be 12.50 wide.

Looking at the pictures posted on project-jk, they say 35x12.5x17. BFG doesn't make a 35x11.5x17 KM2. Personally I wish they would. I'd like the extra clearance under the axles, but don't really want the extra width.

Default Steel JK wheels in the Jeep accessories catalog

Finally found a picture (on ebay) of the Steel Wheels they offer in the JK catalog. Pretty darn ugly. Not at all what I was hoping for.

The 2nd attachment is the stock steel wheel of a grand cherokee with 5x5 bolt pattern. That one is close enough to the Sarge wheels. Too bad it's only 16x7. Really want 8" for 35x12.5

Why not get your set of steels off of a Ram and use spacers for the bolt pattern difference? I beleive the Sarge has Dana 60 in it that uses the same bolt pattern as the Ram. If you want steelies in 17 just use a regular Ram spare and if you want 20 then use the hemi ones.

it looks like a spare tire steel rim, like of the grands, which if I am not mistaking have the same lug pattern as the jk, the only thing i am not sure of is the back spacing
