Question mbrb or dynomax

I want to change my dual gibson exhuast to a new trade mark single exhuast, but m hesitated about what to choose

the MBRP or DYNOMAX exhuast

MBRP has a dyno sheet that claim that it gives 9hp and 15 lps

what do u think guys ?

and what about the borla single exhuast ?

Dynomax is one of the best flowing exhaust on the market. I have not seen CFM test for the MRBP exhaust, so I can't comment on their stuff. But if you are after performance, stay away from Flowmaster. Their CFM test are significantly lower than the numbers Dynamax gets.

MBRP posts their dyno charts...no other manufacturer boasts that. MBRP says 9HP (with 12 - 15 lb-ft of torque gain throughout the LOW RPM band). I doubt your going to get significantly more out of anything else (especially that kind of torque throughout the low RPM). For what its worth I am putting on MBRP in the next month or two.

I have the Dynomax and it is great. The thing I like the most is you can swap out just the muffler with any other brand whenever you want. I just swapped out my muffler with a flowmaster and got a much better tone and gained 2 mpg.!! I check my mpg's at every fill.

It all depends on what you want. I got the Stainless steel XP Series system because it probably wont rust and if it does you can just buff it off and it came with a lifetime warranty. The black one is nice and you get a 1 year warranty on the coating and I think a 3 year for the actual system. The aluminized is nice too but it will more than likely rust fairly easily and it comes with a 2 year warranty (feel free to correct me if im wrong) Either way you can't go wrong, I definitley gained a bit of punch on the low end which is cool but mostly I was just going for looks (no rust) and the sound. I doubt you have many rust issues in your part of the world anyway.

When it's time, I will definetly buy the MBRP system, I always liked the relocated muffler and after seeing/hearing piratekitty's setup it sealed the deal for me.. However I have other mods higher on the list (soft doors)
