My fault as I am trying to work and play at the same time. I will be ignoring that comment.

I switched from terraflex 2 1/2 (stock control arms except terraflex front Uppers) to MC 3 1/2 plus their duraflex control arms and think they're great. Even more important, my wife likes the smooth ride I get around town. I just ran EJS (Moab Rim and Behind the Rocks) and I can't complain about the amount of flex I got.

Well, from experience here is what I've seen I've added the exact same set-up on two jeeps that were right next to each other. BUT one had Rock Krawler arms and one with Metal Cloak arms. The MC arms allowed the axle to drop further and travel higher when no other factors were involved (springs, shocks, limiting straps removed). Also I second that the ride is noticeably better, from when I switched to the MC arms.

What is your basis from saying not to listen to me? Most people won't slander a statement without backing it up with a reason. You just said not to listen to me.

That's hard to say if your Jeep is completely stock. With what you are running now, your shock length is going to limit you more than the stock arms. But if you were to go to a different spring and shock, then arms would be worth looking into.

So I have Rancho XL9000 for a 4" lift and now am almost convinced that I will take the MC route. My next question is if I add the arms what are my noticeable factors beside Ride Quality and Flex and is it worth the $1k?

Ok, gotcha! So at the end of the day I'm limited by my shock length and these arms don't increase flex on a factory jeep.
