Not only did Matson get me my brake lines and rear TB bracket to me with overnight shipping, he sent me a couple shirts. Unfortunately my installer is not free until next Monday.

The lowers can put some of that back as well as square the axle to the frame. Then use the uppers to find the correct balance of caster/pinion for your rig. That's how I did mine and I have not had any handling issues. But to each his own, I am certainly no expert but I know what worked for me.
I'm definitely no expert in that area myself but I'm at a loss because of no place to work at home and she needs a trip to my buddies at the alignment shop anyway so I'm just going to allow them to do it the right way and fix the caster to what MC recommends. I don't wheel THAT hard to need anything other than their recommendations. If I change the other 6 arms and really decide to go nuts then maybe I'll explore a little more.

Well I believe even their instructions state it's just a starting point. Everyone's Jeep is different (mostly weight) so they will have to dial it in for your rig. I totally understand where you're coming from. You have to work with what you got. They will be driven more by caster/pinion (and therefore handling) than anything else when finding the best length for your LCAs, not what it says in some instructions. If the suggested starting point length is right on for you, then that makes it easy. It may take more than 1 attempt to get there though. But once they get it dialed in you will be very happy with the arms I believe.

I got the same email this weekend with the free shipping code as well, so I ordered my 3.5" ARB long travel setup. The only problem I have and not sure if this the norm but they called me and told me do to the free shipping its gonna be 3-4 weeks. Is this a common occurrence, it's my first dealings with Metal Cloak.
