Metalcloak Thread
What stops down travel in your setup, I doubt it's your springs as you made it sound, maybe your control arms, your brake lines, your sway bar, your drive shaft? I just put my 2013 JKUR on up on jack stands, disconnected the sway bar and then the shocks, it dropped another 2" inches after the shocks. When I'm off road articulating with one side stuffed and the other dropping I'm not worried about my shocks.
I was mistaken, you are right, and I apologize

got a little problem got fox 2.5 to 4 inch shox with mc 3.5 coil and the ride seems harsh in the rear i jacked up the axel and my shocks didnt budge(wheel didnt go down either) is it the shox or could it be something else that limits the setup?
If the control arms, track bar and sway bar drop brackets are installed correctly, it must be the shock. My 3.5" full Game changer with their shocks moves very well. If you disconnect the bottom of the shocks and articulate it does anything bind?
Metalcloak Fenders vs. bushwhacked flats
I have bushwhackers now but I really like the MC Overlines. Anyone went from BW to MC? There's definitely a difference in strength and quality but why about clearance in the fender well? Any input is welcomed.

Never had the Bushwackers but as far as I know the Metalcloaks are the highest bolt on fenders you can get without custom making some. They will give you more tire clearance than the Bushwackers, they were made to fit 37's on stock suspension which I verified by running them that way for just over a year, good quality fenders that look like no one else's.
