I purchased the mile marker 9.5sec winch 6 days ago. I was very excited to see the box at the door, after attempting to pick it up i realized the box was in pieces. Once I took all the parts out I noticed that the control box was cracked, and that mile marker sent me a different hand held control than advertised ON THE BOX. So at this point ups and mile marker should fix these issues... I'll let ya know how it goes, and then post it every place I find suitable!

 

Sorry to hear about that... most items that ship through UPS should be insured; I'd call whoever you ordered it from to let them know the situation with the wrong hand held control and about the box being cracked, and also call UPS to inform them of the damage.
