Possible . Do keep in mind that the 350 - 380 was completely stock - with the only mod being slush mats. Stock wheels, Stock tires, Stock height [the 4" lift didn't affect the fuel economy numbers there much that I remember]. The part of Oklahoma I live in is approx. between 1,000 - 2,000 ft above sea level, but is mostly flat lands.

There is going to be a lot of difference from driver to driver as well. How you shift, how heavy your foot is in the pedal. Wind, hills, amount of time in stop and go. Different fuels seem to get better fuel economy.
