Modification you regret. What do you wish you didn't do today?
I have had it for a year and half and got it directly from TF. My buddy just got one a couple months ago and his is identical to mine and it flexes exactly the same with his antenna. I should stipulate that living in Montana it is common for 80-85mph and windy conditions. On the trail or going slow not an issue.

Installing the Teraflex Performance Leveling Kit (1.5") instead of going straight to a proper lift. Sure, it helped me get over 33" Duratracs, but the tires still got into the fenders when I was disconnected and flexed, and it probably performed exactly as well as a puck lift would have.
I only regret buying a 2012 JK. I should have bought an earlier model without the electronic BS that even the base model has. I have done a lot to it, but I am debating if I want to put more money in it. I just picked up a 1994 XJ 2dr is a back up for the JK, because a just can't trust the electronics not to let me down.
I have a spring on my antenna. trust me it is the antenna mount that is flexing. it is just the area at the 90* where the antenna goes. my buddies does it too and he just got his so maybe they just sent the bad ones to Montana
no video I removed mine.

I have a few. RC 4 inch lift. That thing was horrible. Getting 35's on 15's. When I had my original 2.5 lift on 33's should have went with a more aggressive tire and not the Falkons. Which where fine but I wanted a better look. All that no worries because that 2012 jku is gone and I have a new 2015 to do it right this time.
Buying used is probably the only thing I regret that I can think of right now. I could've had almost the same jeep minus a few mods with 15K miles now. Instead I have a 2008 with 45K miles on it and more mods. Give and take I guess. Then again, I like the 07-11 clutch way better than the 12-15 clutch. Cant stand that thing, so I guess I don't regret much at all

Edit: Actually! I regret not buying a non-entry level winch from the beginning. I loved my winch but it just wasn't ready for what I was going to put it through.

I had mine for a year before switching to a teraflex carrier with my new jeep. We use a lot of salt on the roads and I think this played a lot into the rust factors. I loved the look and convenience of it, plus it was easy to get the spare off and I still felt secure with a pad lock on the back. Unfortunately I had to paint mine twice in those 12 months
