Default Mods for undelivered JK

My Rubi ships tomorrow . So far I have ordered 285/70/17 tires (no lift), and Cibie European code headlights.

I also have a pair of Cibie Oscar + driving lights that I would like to mount on the bumper, or next to the windshield/mirror. Does anyone know if there are brackets for the mirror mount?

How about the carbon fiber dash covers? All I see are the wood ones.

Default MOPAR Brackets

Those are sweet brackets! The MOPAR ones are black and also include mirror relocators for running doorless. Chek these links

I will go with the Bridgestone Revo 285/70/17. I have a set on my Dodge/Cummins now and love them. The tire dealer will buy my tires off the Rubi as soon as I drive there, so the total expense is not bad.

Since I will not be lifting the Rubi, I think this is the biggest I should go. What do you guys think?

Should be okay, you might have to trim the air dam a hair in the front. I read somewhere there is about a 1/2" clearance there on the stock tires. That's about what you are adding to the width and the height. For only that much difference why not stay with the stock Rubi tire? They look pretty good. Ride???
