thanks for being honest!!...my jeep is more of a city jeep....not trying to make it a hummer...or pimp my ride.....just give it a better look than factory...

im not going to need a winch..so my bumper options decrease by 90%....

any other ideas>?>..for bumpers and nerf bars>? perhaps black>>

I think it will look good with the stock bumper if you put some nice, fat tires on it. A street Jeep doesn't need chrome to make a statement.

Just for fun, here are some pics of Jeeps with DC1s. For some reason, everyone who gets those wheels has a black or a red Jeep.

 

chrome used to be cool until it was misused so much to a point of no return, there is a limit to how much chrome i think should be used and still be cool. the bumpers are fine but i then would go with black wheels and black side steps , you get the picture to much of anything , going overboard and anything that spins should be outlawed. just my 2 cents

dont know why most people here bash chrome....like most say "to each his own"....if you like chrome as i do, go for it.....i do cause i dont try and tear mine up....its my daily driver because i love jeeps and the new ones are awsome roomy comfortabe vehicle. i have lower back trouble and bought the 2 door sahara to take the place of one of my harleys....and i'll be chromin her out!! no dub spinners though!!

 

WOW Way too much chrome. If it didnt have the chrome grill, it wouldnt be so bad. Bet the Jeep doesnt go crawlin.

 

on a black JK that Mopar bumper would look badass with those DC wheels. i saw an unlimited sahara - black with this setup and it did not look like too much chrome. just enough to accent but not overboard. i have a little chrome on my JK but nothing bling about it. that bumper will look perfect in my opinion but as our sayings go, to each his own

 

Wow it looks like some one has stolen some guard railing off the interstate and had it chromed . Just not for me but to each his own.
