I have been shopping around... Found numerous threads on here about the brackets. And in all the threads, the Mopar brackets always sit the lights more outward, whereas the inexpensive brackets all sit the lights more inwards and up higher. I really want the outward look, but don't want to spend the $100 for a couple brackets.
I agree totally, Mopar brackets are well-overpriced at $76 but now I have them its worth the extra $....from the drivers seat you can barely notice the lights (6") from the corner of the windshield, but on a buddy's rig with different brackets the lights are apparent.

LOL...I said the lights are off my old nissan and I had just painted them red. I don't have either light brackets. I have a bracket that holds my lights up high-above where the 2 bolts that mount it are-where the Mopars hold the light down low. I wanted my lights to shine up over the hood rather than down on top of the hood. I can have pics up tomorrow but I don't have any on this computer.

Are those the 6" KC slimlites? If so, how do you like them? I am debating between the standard lights and the slimlites. thanks

Ya know there is a much easier solution to this problem: get a smaller antenna!

I like the looks of the Mopar bracket but I am wondering what else hold it up??

I see from the picture the two screws from the Jeep hold that end up but once you put the lights on what keeps the bracket from slipping when you hit a good bump ?
Is there something on the back of the bracket that I am not see that attaches too.

I also want these MOPAR brackets that CLACKEY is using. But is this link provided by Westchester does not show what appears to me to be the same brackets. They look like a mirror relocation bracket or something???

http://www.wyckoffchryslerparts.com/20wroflimobr.html

Anyone know?

The link is right, on that website you want to first/top choice - 2007 Wrangler Off-Road Light Mounting Brackets # 82210556AB $75.95

No need to buy the other parts listed if you're getting a pair of lights in a kit that include relays, switches & wires.
